To be considered for this role you must have at least 2 years of experience writing web-based content for the divorce and relationship industry, preferably within an agency setting. To thrive in this role you will need to work autonomously, and hit deadlines without being micromanaged.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Researching, writing, and editing content
  • Hitting fast-paced deadlines, to ensure we hit our revenue targets
  • Following strict content outlines, to make sure our content is of the highest standard for our readers
  • Having a direct impact on the overall growth of our audience
  • Attending virtual meetings with team members when necessary

Description:

Currently, we are looking for a dynamic, creative, and experienced video content creator to help grow our video media audience. For this role you will be managing Divorce Answers video presence. To thrive in this role, you will need an entrepreneurial spirit in order to optimize campaigns, build out standard operating procedures, and scale our Youtube channel alongside our website.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need at least three years of experience and a proven record of creating, managing, and growing Youtube channels in the divorce and relationship industry. You must also be a natural storyteller, and able to breakdown complex concepts into clear and simple ideas for our specific audience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Researching, creating, editing, publishing, and post-publishing procedures for our Youtube video content, while working autonomously
  • At least two years of experience using Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere, Analytics, and Multi-Channel Marketing
  • Staying up-to-date with Youtube's frequent algorithm changes
  • A burning passion for the parenting, baby and children industry and how digital content can reach and impact a larger audience
  • The ability to experiment quickly with new processes and iterate content formats, approaches, and templates

Web Development

Description:

As the Divorce Anwers Full Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for all aspects of our site. From our core back-end infrastructure to front-end user experience, you must be able to wear multiple hats to drive our growth. With your help, the reliability, performance, and features of our site will continue to impress our readers, and have a positive effect on overall engagement.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have at least five years of full stack development experience. If you have experience and are comfortable with managing other developers, conducting code reviews, and de-bugging any portion of the product, this is preferred, but not required. To thrive in this role, you will need to be able to work autonomously, quickly familiarize yourself with our platform, and take ownership of our web development department.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating web solutions that are scalable, optimized, and maintainable for both mobile and web users
  • 1+ years of experience with WordPress and its integration with common plugins
  • 3+ years of experience with robot.txt files, JSON, and PHP
  • 3+ years of experience managing time sensitive projects, using Scrum/Agile methodologies in JIRA
  • 5+ years of experience coding in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
